Semen Order Procedure
BREEDING STATION: Renaissance Center Breeding and Training
Monday-Friday 8am-4pm (EST) 419-303-1536
After-hours and on Weekends please leave a message with our 24 Hour Answering

TO ORDER SEMEN: Please notify us by phone when the mare enters the heat you'd
like to breed. We collect the stallions
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
* Other days are by special order
*Saturday collection will be an extra Charge

WHEN YOU CALL PLEASE PROVIDE WITH FOLLOWING

  • your name
  • stallion's name
  • mare's full name
  • collection day
  • method of shipment (FedEx or  Air)
  • shipping address
  • a phone number
  • airport if applicable

OVERNIGHT COURIER SHIPMENTS (FedEx) are available Monday-Friday only.

Notification for semen shipment via overnight courier is required by 9:00am (EST) the
day the semen is to be shipped.

AIRLINE SHIPMENTS: can be accommodated only if we are notified by 8pm the day
prior to shipment.

PICKUP IN PERSON: notification is required by 9:00am the day of pickup. Please
confirm time of pick-up with Renaissance

SATURDAY Insemination: semen must be collected and shipped Friday.

SUNDAY and MONDAY Insemination: semen must be requested by 8:00pm (EST)
the night before and will only be shipped via AIRLINE or picked up in person.



SEMEN WILL NOT BE COLLECTED:

Easter Sunday, March 27th
Memorial Day, May 30th
Independence Day, July 4th
Thanksgiving
Christmas Week
October 21 and 22, 2006

*Please note that shipment schedules on the day before and after holidays
will, in most cases, be restricted to airlines.
